Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 medium sized pineapple


  • 200 gms sugar


  • 1 cup Water( approx)


  • 1/4 tsp citric acid


  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

  • Put sugar in a kadhai and put water so that sugar sinks in it
  • Then add slices of 1 pineapple snd and boil for 2-3 boils
  • Then add citric acid and salt and mix well and off the flame
  • Cool and store in an airtight container in freezer and use as required
